Mr. Nuñez graduated with a Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama. Over the course of his career, he has gained a vast amount of experience in banking, commercial, mining and administrative law where he has held various positions in both the public and private sectors. On an international level, he has been a speaker at events such as the Mining Exploration Forum of the Copper Studies Center, in Santiago, Chile. Mr. Nuñez represented the Republic of Panama, regarding the Economy and Environment, before the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. He also spoke in Pachuca, Mexico, on the subjects of Mining Legislation, fiscal regime, royalties and Environmental Legislation for mining.
Mr. Nuñez is currently a Professor of Banking Law, Universal Trials, and Agricultural and Mining Law at the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) and a consultant and Founding Partner of the Law Firm NC Office Law.
